Trophy Tour
A city-to-city UK activation tour built to build hype for a major European football tournament hosted in England in summer 2022. Pose-tracked keepy-uppy, an endless Mexican-wave loop where each visitor adds their wave to a growing crowd, a count-down-and-record goal celebration composited into a real goal scene, a studio-experience zone, and a Firebase-backed viewing platform where visitors could find and share their clip afterwards.

Trophy Tour is the multi-city UK activation tour Remiam built in collaboration with a creative-event partner to hype a major European football tournament hosted in England in summer 2022. Each activation centred on play: a pose-tracked keepy-uppy where a TensorFlow + MediaPipe pipeline tracks the visitor and a virtual ball reacts to their foot every time they kick; an endless Mexican-wave loop where each visitor stands, records their wave, and joins a growing wall of waving fans on the big screen; a goal-celebration zone with a 3-2-1 countdown that records the visitor's celebration and editly-composites it into a stadium scene the moment after a goal is scored; a studio-experience zone where every recording was retrievable. DMX-driven lighting via Enttec USB makes the moment feel theatrical. All visitor clips upload to AWS S3 and are served back through a separate Firebase + Cloud Functions viewing platform powered by Mux, so visitors can find and share their clip after the day.
