Recruiters log jobs, run hiring campaigns, manage companies and candidates through custom-field workflows, let AI populate routine information, and move candidates through the pipeline — interviews, comms, PDF reports — without leaving the system.

Recruit Pipeline is the B2B recruitment-tech MVP Remiam built end-to-end in early 2024. The product gives recruiters a single, opinionated workflow: log a role, build the campaign around it, attach client companies, pull in candidates, and run them through a configurable pipeline. Custom fields let each team encode the parts of their process that don't fit a one-size-fits-all schema. LangChain-powered AI helps populate routine information — summarising CVs, drafting candidate briefs, extracting structured data from messy job specs — so the recruiter spends time on judgement, not data entry. Supabase backs auth, the database, and edge functions. Nodemailer + Handlebars templates handle automated comms. Scheduled tasks run via nuxt-scheduler. PDF generation produces shareable candidate reports straight from the app. Built lean as an MVP, structured to scale.
