Stage Stream
A ticketing-and-live-stream platform built for a major UK schools-performance group. Families and supporters who can't make the venue in person buy a stream ticket through Stripe, watch the show live, and receive the recorded video by email afterwards. The admin backend lets the operator manage shows, venues, schools, pricing, discount codes, refunds, and customer service end-to-end. Designed once and redeployed yearly via an env switch — same codebase, new show year.

Stage Stream is the ticketing-and-live-stream platform Remiam built for a major UK schools-performance group that runs annual showcase performances for thousands of children at major venues across the country. Families and supporters who can't make the venue in person purchase a stream ticket through Stripe-backed checkout, watch the show live via Mux, and receive the full recorded video by email afterwards. The admin backend lets the operator's team add and edit shows, venues, and participating schools, control pricing, generate discount codes, process refunds and password resets, and see every purchase across the season. Built on Nuxt 2 + Firebase (Firestore + Cloud Functions) with Mux Video as the broadcast pipeline. Designed once end-to-end in Adobe XD, then architected so the same codebase redeploys each year by flipping a single environment variable — one season to the next — without code changes. Live editions shipped in 2023 and again in 2024.
